GGHC Food Service Credit 1.1 - Sustainable Food Policy and Plan

The Green Guide for Health Care (GGHC) Food Service section includes eight credits to help you plan and track your Healthy Food in Health Care work. You can earn between 1-3 points for each credit you complete for a maximum total of 20 points in this self-certifying program. Credit 1.1 provides guidance to create, promote and implement sustainable food purchasing policies and plans that support human and ecological health.
