List of furnishings and textiles that meet the Healthy Interiors criteria

Health Care Without Harm’s Healthy Interior legacy lists are no longer being expanded or updated. In place of those lists, the Greenhealth Approved seal represents products that have been through a rigorous review and found to meet the Healthy Interiors criteria. Greenhealth Approved collaborates with Business Institutional Furniture Manufacturers Association (BIFMA) to ensure that the criteria vetting is sufficient while reducing the need for duplicative data submission. Manufacturer products submitted for the Greenhealth Approved license must first be BIFMA certified with the optional credit 7.4.4. This optional credit mirrors the Health Care Without Harm/Practice Greenhealth’s chemical criteria for furnishings and the legacy healthier hospital initiative.
