GGHC Food Service Credit 6.1 - Food Waste Reduction, Donation & Composting

The Green Guide for Health Care (GGHC) Food Service section includes eight credits to help you plan and track your Healthy Food in Health Care work. You can earn between 1-3 points for each credit you complete for a maximum total of 20 points in this self-certifying program.  Credit 6.1 provides guidance to support food security programs, soil restoration, and waste reduction through food waste reduction, donation and composting programs.
