GGHC Food Service Credit 6.2 - Food Services Recycling

The Green Guide for Health Care (GGHC) Food Service section includes eight credits to help you plan and track your Healthy Food in Health Care work. You can earn between 1-3 points for each credit you complete for a maximum total of 20 points in this self-certifying program.  Credit 6.2 provides guidance to increase recycling of food services generated wastes to reduce solid waste disposal in landfills and incinerators.
