GGHC Food Service Credits 8.1 and 8.2 - Chemical Management for Food Services

The Green Guide for Health Care (GGHC) Food Service section includes eight credits to help you plan and track your Healthy Food in Health Care work. You can earn between 1-3 points for each credit you complete for a maximum total of 20 points in this self-certifying program.  Credits 8.1 and 8.2 provide guidance to minimize toxic chemical use in food services preparation and service areas, including cleaning chemicals and pest management.
