GGHC Food Service Credit 3 - Local, Sustainably Produced Food Purchasing

The Green Guide for Health Care (GGHC) Food Service section includes eight credits to help you plan and track your Healthy Food in Health Care work. You can earn between 1-3 points for each credit you complete for a maximum total of 20 points in this self-certifying program.  Credit 3 provides guidance to improve human and ecological health through purchase of local and sustainably produced food products.
