  • Huffington Post covered the 178 health care institutions that have committed to the Health Care Climate Challenge.
  • Green Biz highlighted health care commitments to 100 percent renewable electricity, the Cool Food Pledge, and the launch of the new California Health Care Climate Alliance.
  • Lloyd Dean, Dignity Health president and CEO and Christiana Figueres, former executive secretary of the U.N. Framework Convention on Climate Change contributed op-eds advocating for urgent climate action to protect health in Health Affairs and the Washington Post.
  • Invited contributions by Gary Cohen, Health Care Without Harm founder, and Dr. Jeff Thompson, Gundersen Health System CEO emeritus, were featured on the Global Climate Action Summit’s webpage.
