2017 Healthy Food in Health Care Survey

This online survey is designed to serve as the primary tool to gather data on progress made by our Healthy Food in Health Care (HFHC) partners throughout the United States, both HFHC Pledge Signers and non-Pledge signers. 

Surveys must be completed by Midnight, April 21, 2017.

The Healthy Food in Health Care team works on behalf of our hospital partners to shift the supply chain so that it is easier and more affordable to purchase local and sustainable foods. The most powerful tool we have in this work is the collective voice of healthcare facilities and aggregated demand for these products. It is a unique opportunity (once every two years) for hospitals to articulate their demand for these products. And it does have an impact.
